Pão de Queijo


Yum, Yum, Yum!  I LOVE these little morsels of bready goodness.  (O.K. I know bready isn't a word, but for the sake of this post, let's just say that it is.)  I am addicted to these.  When we go to Fogo de Chao, I could literally eat my weight's worth in these and the smoked salmon on the maginificent salad bar. 

Here is the super quick and easy recipe.  Be sure to make them in the miniature muffin pan.  It's hard to believe that something made in a blender can be soooo good!
