Grape Salad


8 cups red seedless grapes

8 oz light sour cream

8 oz reduced fat cream cheese (room temp)

1/2 cup splenda

1 cup walnuts

1/4 cup brown sugar or brown sugar substitute


De-stem and wash grapes.

Grapes may be used whole or sliced in half.

In a large bowl, mix grapes, gream cheese, sour cream, and splenda.

Sprinkle walnuts and brown sugar on top.


Makes 8 servings.
